Which competitors does SumoFiber price-match against?
We match qualifying offers from cable or fiber providers, including Comcast Business, Spectrum Business, CenturyLink, Lumen, AT&T Business Fiber, Cox Business, and Frontier. DSL, satellite, and fixed-wireless providers aren't eligible.
What documentation do I need to submit?
Upload your current internet bill, plus your phone bill and cellular bill if they're billed separately. PDF or image (PNG / JPG / WebP / HEIC) up to 10 MB per file.
Are introductory or promotional rates eligible?
Price match is based on comparable speed tiers and service levels. Short-term promotional or introductory rates may not qualify. We'll match the long-term contracted rate where applicable.
Which cities qualify for the price match?
The offer is currently valid in Kenosha, Rockford, Oceanside, and Palmdale. Your business must be at a SumoFiber serviceable address in one of those cities.
How many price-match requests can I submit?
One request per business location. Our team reviews submissions and responds within 1–2 business days with a custom offer.

Yes. The qualifying bundle is SumoFiber Business Internet plus 3 phone lines. The price match is calculated against your current internet plus phone-line spend, so include both bills if they're billed separately.
What types of providers don't qualify?
DSL, satellite, and fixed-wireless competitors are not eligible: only cable or fiber providers. We also exclude very short-term introductory rates that aren't representative of the long-term contracted price.
